Pay Scale –
During the 6-month training period, candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month, and during the 2-month internship period, the stipend will be Rs. 15,000 per month. It’s important to note that the bank reserves the right to recover the stipend from candidates who leave the course or decide not to join the bank’s service. Once candidates join the bank’s services as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’) after successfully completing the PGDBF course, their compensation (CTC) will range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh in Class A cities at the time of joining. .
